Sweepstakes Terms and Conditions: 

Business Network Sweepstakes -  Prize Drawing

1. Eligibility:

• The Business Network Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open to individuals aged 18 and above.

• Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of BNS and its sponsors are not eligible to participate.

• By entering, participants agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Entry Requirements:

• To participate, individuals must submit a minimum of 50 entries into the Sweepstakes in total where there is a limit of 5 maximum entries per person..

• Entries can be acquired through donations to approved philanthropic causes and charities endorsed by PBN, or through eligible purchases from BNS-affiliated businesses.

• Entries must be received by the specified deadline to be considered valid.

3. Prize Drawing:

• A prize drawing will take place on November 15, 2023, to select the winners.

• The prize for the drawing is as follows:

  • 1st Place: $1,500

  • 2nd Place: $1,000

  • 3rd Place: $500

• A total of 3 winners will be selected from the pool of entries received.

4. Prize Adjustment:

• If the minimum number of 50 entries is not met by the deadline, the prize amounts will be adjusted as reasonably fits for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Place Prizes

• PBN reserves the right to determine the final prize amounts in case of adjustments.

5. Philanthropic Mission:

• The Sweepstakes aims to promote philanthropy and social impact within the business networking community.

• Proceeds from entry donations and purchases will support BNS-endorsed charitable initiatives and projects.

• Participants are encouraged to contribute beyond the minimum entry requirement up to 5 entries to maximize the positive impact on the charitable causes.

6. Technology Integration:

• The Sweepstakes will leverage cutting-edge technology to facilitate seamless entry acquisition, verification, and prize distribution.

• BNS's advanced networking platform will be utilized to engage participants and provide updates on the progress of the Sweepstakes.

7. Winner Selection and Payouts:

• Winners will be selected at random on November 15, 2023, from the pool of eligible entries.

• Payouts will be sent to the winners via electronic methods such as bank transfers or digital wallets.

8. Disclaimer:

• PBN reserves the right to cancel or modify the Sweepstakes if unforeseen circumstances arise.

• The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law.
