RockLeaf Dues and Building Blocks
Fueling Success and Leading Change
The payment breakdown for our organization consists of an initial one-time fee of $800, which covers hosting for events and provides the building blocks for our technological improvements. This upfront cost is essential for establishing our online presence, ensuring smooth event management, and enhancing our technological infrastructure.
In addition to the one-time fee, there is a recurring charge of $220 every six months to maintain your membership. This ongoing contribution helps sustain our organization, support our activities, and ensures that we can continue to provide valuable services, events, and technological enhancements to our members.
This payment structure balances the need for an initial investment in our technological capabilities with the ongoing support required to maintain our membership benefits and overall growth. It reflects our commitment to delivering value and fostering a vibrant and technologically advanced community for our members.
Setting the tone for our events!
A business casual dress code for semi-formal events strikes a balance between professionalism and comfort. Here's a guideline for what to wear to our semi-formal events:
Dress Shirt: Choose a button-down dress shirt in a solid color or subtle patterns. Pastels, light blues, and classic white are excellent choices. Ties are optional for men in a business casual setting.
Slacks: Opt for well-fitting slacks (khakis or dress pants) for men. Neutral colors like black, gray, navy, or khaki work well.
Blazer or Cardigan: Add a blazer or cardigan to your outfit to give it a more polished look. Blazers can be matched with your slacks, and cardigans can complement your blouse or dress shirt.
Footwear: Wear closed-toe shoes that are clean and well-maintained. Loafers, oxfords, or low-heeled shoes are appropriate choices.
Accessories: Minimalist accessories such as a wristwatch, a belt are suitable. Avoid excessive bling or overly casual accessories.
Grooming: Maintain a neat and well-groomed appearance. This includes ensuring your hair is tidy and personal hygiene is maintained.
Seasonal Considerations: Depending on the season, you may need to adapt your clothing choices. For example, you can wear lighter fabrics in the summer and layer up with sweaters in the winter.
The goal of a business casual dress code for semi-formal events is to look presentable and professional while still being comfortable. It's important to note that dress codes can vary, so it's a good idea to check if there are specific guidelines for the particular semi-formal event you'll be attending.
